Excellent quality and feel and the shipping was very quick. The size is perfect for a trip to the office or for a short weekend trip.

I can’t say enough good things about the bag and the company. Upon arrival, I could just see the amazing attention to detail when crafting the bag! I had a little issue with the pad on the shoulder strap as it was a polished leather which is slippery on the shoulder. So, I reached out to the company and they are sending me a new pad that meets my request! What a great example of quality customer service!!

This is a beautiful bag that fits exactly what I need for court, including my laptop, legal textbook, files, pens, and phone. The travel strap fits on top of my bigger roller bag and when I need to carry extra materials for a big trial. The leather is soft and the hardware feels high quality. I doubt I’ve ever dealt with a store that helps a customer as much. When discussing a couple of changes, no problem, more than happy to do it. The briefcase is exactly as discussed and absolutely perfect - all I hoped for. It will probably last longer than I will.

I have been using this for over a year, no complaints, the leather is high quality. I travel with it and sees some rough use but no issues. Keeps my MacBook very safe as well.

Im glad to see they have added a trolley sleeve. I get lots of compliments on the bag when I am travelling.

The laptop briefcase is absolutely beautiful. I purchased this gift for my pastor who is leaving our church. It will come in handy at his next church. I had the briefcase personalized with his initials. Beautiful.

I purchased two bags from HIDES. I first purchased an antique brown leather slim briefcase 2.0. I was so impressed with the construction and quality that I also purchased a slim leather briefcase (lager model) in blue, and I like this bag even more than the first. The bags are well made and the leather has a nice soft feel. More than the bag itself, I have been very pleased with the customer service. I've had the bag for a few weeks now, and it's just perfect. Ordered a custom size to fit a 14" mac and my oversized headphones. The bag was true to size and everything fits in it just right, and the laptop padding is great Even though it was custom, it still only took a few weeks to manufacture. Shipping to Sweden took only a day or two. Leather quality is great. It's soft, but thick, but not so thick that it's overly heavy. It scratches easily but you can rub the scratches out, which is in my opinion better than a leather that looks shiny for a while and then looks like crap for the rest of the items life time. Stitching and attention to detail is top notch, not only on the surface, but on the inside as well. Got mine on sale, but I think it'd be worth the full price, and I'd give six stars for this review if I could.
